Birthstone: Pisces.
Properties: Amethyst can be used for treating addictions and help with the withdrawal symptoms that follow. Amethyst also protects from psychic attack and is connected with the 3rd eye chakra.

Introduction to Futhark Runes;
Elder Futhark is an ancient alphabet made up of 24 letters, the first 6 letters spelling Futhark giving the alphabet its name. The letters are divided into three sets of 8 known as aett. Each set is ruled over by a Norse god.

A brief history;
Inscriptions found in Southern Europe dating back to the 1300BC are thought to be the origins of the alphabet. It was developed over time by Germanic Tribes during the 2nd and to 8th Century AD. Runic symbols have been found on ancient artefacts such as; jewellery, tools and weapons. As the tribes travelled north the alphabet was adapted by different civilisations, some used 33 characters, the Futhark set of 24 characters became most widely used.

You'll not find any strength or support from others, only yourself. It's time to be truly courageous and stand up for your beliefs.
